DAILY REPORT(ENGLISH VERSON) 24/04/2019

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

Bismillahirahmanirohim.

Hello guysss come back again with me on my daily life telling me about the activities in the kitchen. third day of the third week after mid semester. After yesterday we have finished the Indonesian Food Menu. Today we will finish the Japannese Food Menu, Tori Tsumire Jiru. then proceed with preparing for tomorrow's menu, Chinnese Food with Menu Tang Yuan and Tang Zong

. Before I had a few friends who came first. some are doing it in the kitchen, some are sitting outside waiting for oneline. After storing my equipment, I then went out and told stories with some friends about today's material.

At 7:15 a.m. we started doing oneline in front of the kitchen, after being absent and checked the grooming we went back into the kitchen and gathered cold kitchen. After praying, the senior then asked for the readiness of the menu that will come out today after being checked everything was ready, we were then divided into the next menu for tomorrow, namely the rotation menu of Chinnese Food. and our group got dessert. Namely Tang Yuan and Tang Zhong.

After being dissolved, we then gathered again with our group friends, to divide the assignments. some completed Tori Tsumiru Jire and some started preparing tomorrow. and I got the task to start preparing for tomorrow's menu. I got the Tang yuan menu section and the male got the Tang Zong Menu section. so this time I will tell stories about Tang Yuan.
Next is Recope for the menu

                     Tang Yuan:

Ingredients (Filling):
Black sesame (saute) 250 gr
Sugar 250 gr
Lard or melted 125 gr

Procedure:
1. Saute the black sesame until it's dry and cool and blend.
2. After blending mix with sugar and butter malted. mix well

Ingredients (dough)
Glutinous rice flour 500 gr
200 ml warm water

Procedure:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour with water until it becomes a smooth dough.
2. Separate the mixture into several bowls then color according to taste.
3. Form the mixture into small balls then give the filling and wrap the filling using the mixture.
4. Enter into boiling ait then lift and drain.
5. For the water mix with cinamon and leaves

After boiling, lift and soak it in water and store it for tomorrow

After all the food is finished and the preparation is complete, we rest and perform the midday prayer.
After the prayer we then carried out the Anak Bangsa activities which some friends had prepared. we then eat together.
After eating, we are then ready to do General Cleaning. But the General Cleaning is paused with the Reverend Adhan Ashar. we then performed the Asr prayer then continued the GC as usual I got the section cleaning the utensils After the GC, we then areitrahat waiting for the oneline command, praying and going home.

That's my experience today. hopefully what is done is considered worship and can be useful for me and my friends today tomorrow and the day after.
