After that we are given a rotation menu of 2.2 and divided for who will get an appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. My group gets dessert, so we have to prepare to make sticky rice mango. But because the material was lacking it was finally changed to num chak kachan. Num chak kachan is usually called Indonesian layer cake in Indonesian. This cake is familiar to all of us. After being dissolved I immediately went to the small meeting with my group friend, to discuss who would prepare and who would continue the cooking today. Now I, Boby, and Muis continue the cuisine today and others prepare for tomorrow.
Boby immediately took a beef marinade yesterday. Enough until the beef turns brown. Then while memblanch carrot, broccoli and cauliflower. Enough to tender not too long at Blanch.
After that Boby interrupted him again on the wok pan. First lower the onion, then blackpepper sauce. Stir until smooth, then reduce the beef and stir again. After that, reduce cauliflower, broccoli and carrot. And saute until the sauce seeps into the beef. Then seasoning with salt & pepper. Stirred and let stand. The beef is ready to be served.

And we are done. Staying prepared for dessert tomorrow. And they also don't prepare too long. Because it is only layer cake, the difficult thing is to keep the color distribution of the cake evenly distributed and not scatter into one color. After that we break for lunch. Our lunch is the result of today's cuisine. And the beef rice bowl is really delicious.
