DAILY REPORT (ENGLISH VERSON) 09/04/2019

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

 Hahh !!  Meet again with me on my blog where I will share my daily life in the kitchen in the week of practice !!  Not forgetting also we give thanks to Allah SWT has given us a long life the opportunity to carry out all his commands thank God.
 Today I will finish preparing for us yesterday but before that we divide the menu again to prepare for the next day namely CHINESE SPINACH AND PEANUT SALAD, TRADITIONAL EGG DROUP SOUP, BEEF RICE BOWL, TANG YUAN AND TANG ZHONg.  And my group got BEEF RICE BOWL, after oneline we negotiated first to divide the section well guys, Afriza worked on the preparw yesterday which was INGEN NO GAMAE, then I and my friends prepared materials to parade the beef.  What needs to be prepared is salt, pepper, sesame oil, starch, garlic, baking powder, and chicken knives, then finishing vegetable, herb and spice to be used.

 Prepare beef rice bowl




Recipi:
 BEEF RICE BOWL
 400 gr Beef short ribs
 2 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tbsp japanase sake
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp miso
 1/2 tbsp sugar
 1/8 tbsp black pepper powder
 1 tbsp peanut oil
 1/2 pcs onion, sliced
 500 ml chicken stock
 1/2 pcs of brocolli or cauliflower
 2 pcs sweet carrot

 Procedure:

 1. To slice beef thin, place fresh beef in the tender in the freezer for 20 minutes, or use half-thawed beef.  Slice along the grain into 1/16 inch (2mm) thick pieces.
 2. Cut and prep veggies
 3. Light soy sauce, Japanese sake, oyster sauce, miso, sugar, and black pepper in small bowl. Mix well and set aside
 4. Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat untill warm.  Add onion.  Cook and stir untill soft, about 2 minutes.
 5. Add chicken stock and the mixed sauce. Cook until bringing in to a boil.
 6. Spread beef slices in the skillet.  Cook untill brings a gentle simmer and immendiately low heat.
 7. Simmer uncorved untill beef tenders and the sauce thickers, for 40-50 minutes.
 8.While simmering the beef, bring a pot of water to a boil.  Add brocoli and carrots. Cook untill just soft.  Drain and set aside
 9. Add rice to serving bowl. Top with broccoli and carrots on one side, and the beef on the other side.  Drizzle with the beef sauce.  Warm Serve

 After all we finished oneline and started the general cleaning then waited for it to dry, while waiting for Lanti to dry we rested and told stories joking with friends, shortly afterwards the class leader and senior checked then oneline prayed and went home to each other
