Jalankote recipe:
A. Ingredients for dough
- versatile flour. 1000 gr

B. ingredients to fill
- coconut or 45 ml vegetable oil
- garlic, peeled and chopped. 20 gr

- potatoes, peeled, finely sliced, boiled. 200 gr

- Add vegetable broth, stir well and continue sautéing for another minute. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cool

C. Ingredients for sauce

- White sugar. 10 gr
- rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon

- Heat oil in a shallow pan. add red onion, garlic, chili, and saute with medium heat until fragrant.
- add water, vinegar, sugar and salt; bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
