Hello guys , alhamdulillah come back with me in my daily life, as usual I will tell you what I made today with friends in the third week of practice on the third day.
Today I wake up at 5:00 this time I get up quickly to get ready to go to campus with Astrid to prepare a breakfast menu. This time I got a breakfast menu schedule.
After that, I immediately worked on the butter cake in the cup cake, together with Anita, beautiful, and moved then we made it
After that, we rested and prayed together, after returning to my kitchen and friends and joking a little before starting what we were going to make, after we baked the cake, we took it out of the oven and arranged it in a container.
* Butter cake
Ingrdients:
-Butter 720 gr
-Sugar 780 gr
-Salt 7 gr
-Egg 450 gr
-Soft flour 900 gr
-Baking powder 35 gr
-Milk 900 gr
-Vanilla 15 ml
Procedure:
1.Scale ingridients accurently. Have all the ingridients in room temperature.
2.Place the butter or shortening in the mixing bowl.With the padle attachment ,beat slowly untill the fat is smooth and creamy.
3.Add the sugar.Cream the mixture at moderate speed untill the mixture is light and fluffy some bakers prefer to add the salt and flavorings with the sugar to ensure uniform distribution.If melted chocolate it used,it is added during creaming.
4.Add the eggs ,a little at tiime. After each addition ,beat untill eggs are absorbed before adding more. The mixture should be light and fluffy after the eggs are beaten in
5.Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure even mixing.
6.Add the sifted dry ingridients including the spices.If they were not added in step 3,alternating with the liquids.This is done as follows:
-Add one-fourth of the dry ingridients.Mix just untill blended in
-Add one-third the liquid.Mix just untill blended in
-Repeat untill ingridients are used .Scrape down the slides of the bowl occasionaly for even mixing.
Uhummm, after everything is finished, we are immediately oneline waiting for directions from Pak ical. Then the general cleaning division there I got the mop part in playing the kitchen and it felt tired but hopefully always blessed by the almighty.
Take a break and go back oneline to pray together to return home.
