After the review, we waited for the lecturers to provide material, is PIE DOUGH and SUGAR DOUGH. At 11:00 we started doing we prepared to prepare the tools and materials for PIE DOUGH and SUGAR DOUGH in the middle we prepared the tools and materi we had difficulties because we didn't know which recipients we were going to use luckily there was one of the friends we told us.
Then after baking while waiting in the back some friends carry out the Asr prayer. I and other friends who did not pray were unable to wait for pie dough and sugar dough d baking. After everything was almost done we started the general cleaning then took a break, oneline read the prayer and went home !! So for today daily I apologize if there is a wrong word.

Sugar Dough
Flour
200 gr
Corn Strach 100 gr
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Butter 150 gr
Eggs 2 pcs
Salt 1/4 tbsp
Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Procedure :
1. Preparation a ingredients and tools
2. Mix flour, corn strach, milk powder, salt, icing sugar, and butter
3. Put the dough in bowl and keep in chiller for 10-15 minutes
4. To make easier to shape, roll the dough first
5. Brushing butter and dusting flour in the tarlet mould
6. Shape dough into the mould
7. Keep again in chiller for 15-20 minutes
8. After that, bake for 15-20 minutes in 170°C

Pie Dough
Pastry Flour 1000 gr
Shortening 700 gr
Salt 20 gr
Water 300 gr
Procedure :
1. Collect all ingredients
2. Collect and scale ingredients
3. Dissolve salt in water. Set aside
4. Place flour and shortening in mixing bowl
5. Rub or cut shortening into flour to the propper degree
6. Add salt and water. Mix very gently, just until water is absorbed. Don't overwork the dough
7. Place the dough in pans over in refrigerator or retarder for several hours
